What You'll Do : Lead service in a fun, vibrant atmosphere with a small, tight-knit team. Oversee all ordering, stocktake, and cost control. Manage rosters. Deliver accurate financial reporting and achieve ongoing sales targets. Take ownership of training and upskilling staff - build your own army! Build a culture of passion, warmth, and exceptional service. About You : Previous experience of mid- to high-volume similar service. WSET level 2 (or similar). Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities. Previous experience with financial reporting. Hands-on operational background and industry awareness. Positive, warm personality willing to lead from the front. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Full Australian working rights, there is no sponsorship offered in this role.
